Our flat $100 monthly fee includes rent collection, maintenance coordination, tenant communication, regular property inspections, financial reporting, and 24/7 emergency response. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.

We use a comprehensive screening process that includes credit checks, income verification (looking for income at least 3x the monthly rent), employment history, previous rental references, background checks, and eviction history. Our goal is to find reliable, responsible tenants who will care for your property and pay rent on time.

How quickly do you typically fill vacancies?

While every market is different, our marketing strategies and efficient screening process help us minimize vacancy periods. We utilize professional photography, detailed listings, and multiple marketing channels to attract qualified tenants quickly.

While we have a trusted network of licensed, insured contractors who provide quality work at reasonable rates, you're welcome to suggest preferred vendors. We'll ensure all work meets our quality standards.
